1. Who we are
This website (wawlavander.com) is operated by Waw Lavander For Modern Agriculture Services — Commercial Register 245371, Tax ID 963-520-767 — Office 7, 2nd floor, 27 Mohi El Din Abu El Ezz St. — Mossadak St. — Dokki, Giza. We are the controller of the personal data collected through this site.
2. What we collect
- Details you type into the "Request a Quote" or "Design Your Garden" forms: name, company, phone, email, service and site type, city, site area, preferred start date and your message.
- Anything you send us directly by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Aggregated technical usage data through Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate country/city, how you reached the site), using cookies.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote or a site visit.
- To deliver and communicate about a contracted service.
- To understand how the site is used, improve it, and measure our marketing campaigns.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
4. Service providers that process data for us
- Formspree — receives form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google) — website usage measurement.
- Netlify — website hosting.
This data may be processed on servers outside Egypt; we take appropriate measures to protect it in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
5. Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to tell visits apart. You can delete or block them in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on; the site keeps working either way.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract requires a longer legal retention period. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
7. Your rights
Under Law No. 151 of 2020 you may ask to know and access the data we hold about you, have it corrected or updated, have it erased, withdraw your consent, and object to its processing. Email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect children's data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the way the site works changes; the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
